Can I cancel or get a refund?

If the order has not been send to production, we will be able to cancel.

My order is damaged. What now?

We are very sorry this happened! Please send photos of the damage to support@jaztyle.com

What do I do if my address is wrong?

Get in touch with us immediately at support@jaztyle.com, providing your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll make every effort to update the shipping address for you.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for your prints. However, if you're not satisfied with your print for any reason, please reach out to us at support@jaztyle.com, and we'll do our best to address the issue.

I haven't received any emails after my purchase. What should I do?

How do I check what I have ordered?

After you’ve placed your order we will send you a confirmation email with an example of what your final customized product will look like.

Will I receive a tracking number when my order has shipped?

Yes, you will get a tracking number as soon as your amazing order is printed and shipped.

What is the Refund Policy?

Ensuring your happiness with your purchase is key. If something isn't quite right, please email us at support@jaztyle.com for resolution.

Also please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

In case of a change of heart regarding your purchase, kindly contact us via email at support@jaztyle.com. Please include your order number and specify the modification desired. We will provide confirmation once the alteration or cancellation is processed.

The order can only be canceled and modified within 2 hours or before sent to production. Once this time has passed, the order is locked for processing and changes cannot be made.

Please be informed that:

  • Given that our products are custom made, orders are locked for processing immediately after completion, making adjustments impossible at times. Please ensure to double-check all details before finalizing your order.

  • During the holiday season, orders may take a bit longer to reach you for modification requests. Nonetheless, delays are rare as we prioritize swift completion.

NOTE: Kindly note purchasing implies acceptance of all terms stated above.

FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

Putting customers first, not our products: We firmly believe that REPLACEMENT or REFUND can effectively address your concerns. Therefore, there's no need to physically return the item(s) to us, and you can retain the original items.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means We will take full responsibility within 30 days from order arrival, if the product(s):

  • Are faulty, defective, or damage.

  • Are not as described or not as in your Order Confirmation email.

  • Are lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate

You may opt to REPLACE the item or receive a REFUND. Please stay calm and email us at support@jaztyle.com for quick assistance from our Customer Happiness experts.

NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

 1. NO REFUND

Although it may be disappointing, our refund policy does not allow full refunds, If:

  • Request a refund after 30 days of product delivery

  • Incorrect address entered during checkout leading to package being lost or undelivered

  • Personal reasons, such as change of mind or no longer wanting the item after delivery or shipment.

  • Product damaged from improper use.

 

2. REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

Certain situations may provide a replacement at a small fee versus the initial cost:

  • You received the wrong item, design or size due to incorrect customization inputs.

I never received my order. Is it lost?

Here are some steps you can take:

  • Look for an attempted delivery note
  • See if someone else has accepted the delivery on your behalf (family members, neighbours, colleagues etc)
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail
  • Contact the shipping company handling your package directly via the link in your tracking email.
  • If you still cannot locate your parcel, do not hesitate to contact us at support@jaztyle.com providing your order number, and we will do our best to help you!
