Please note that all delivery timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed.
All items offered on Jaztyle are made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, we process the order individually to ensure the best quality.
We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we offer such amazing pricing and free shipping on our products.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! It will take 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means there is a delay in updating the information on the system, please do not worry.
If it is past your estimated arrival date, please don't hesitate to contact us for handling this for you.
Please Note:
- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with the standard shipping method.
- Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
- Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the delivery time above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders (heavy shipping product) may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders must go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility apart from advising you of any known delay for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date
Please keep in mind that our production time can increase depending on the demand
The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
